Hardin Water rates will be changing in October 2022.  For those of you paying a monthly water bill, the rates have increased and will reflect on the ending September billing - which is due October 15th.  Like many of you, we have felt the ever increasing rise in inflation.  Many of our current rates are no longer covering the actual costs we incur. Our rates will still be lower than most of the other water systems in our area.  We haven't increased the base rate since 2010, and the overage has remained the same since 2016.  You will see a notice regarding the changes on the back of your monthly bills for the next couple of months.  Other rate changes will begin October 1, 2022.  A list of those new rates is listed below and can also be found under "Customer Service" - dropdown "Rates and Policies".  Call the office for more information.  936-298-2148
